It has been suggested that endocrine disrupting chemicals capable of modulating the endocrine system may contribute to adverse health, reproduction, and developmental effects in human and wildlife. This article reviews the evidence, mechanism , testing strategies and several major analysis methods. The screening and testing methods of endocrine disrupting chemicals and the challenge to analysis technology are discussed.
