Base Metal Catalysts in Carbon Monoxide Oxidation*

The base metal catalysts for CO oxidation have broadened the application of the base metals. Furthermore, these studies have been performing for promising processes in the development of non-precious metal catalysts to replace noble metal catalysts for CO oxidation as an attractive subject of catalysis. The latest progress in the research of the base metal catalysts including copper and cobalt for CO oxidation has been reviewed.
