Temperature measurement techniques for microfluids in capillary and microfluidic systems are reviewed, eluding exterior contact methods, fluid physical-pararneler-based methods, thermo-sensitive marker methods, NMR and aman spectrometric methods, and laser-based interface measurement technique.
