Progress in Single-Cell Analysis by Capillary Electrophoresis

The progress in single-cell analysis by capillary electrophoresis is reviewed. Preparation methods of cell suspension solution, techniques of single cell injection and cell lysis, separation mode of capillary electrophoresis, detec-tion methods and new applications are described in detail. Techniques of single cell injection and detection methods are emphasized. Future directions of single-cell analysis by capillary electrophoresis are also predicted.
