There are four kinds of bioactive macromolecule self-assembling films developed in recent years such as monoenzyme, bienzyme, protein DNA and poly-self-assembling films. The applications of bioactive macromolecule self-assembling films in biosensors, molecular devices, catalysts and medical biomaterials are introduced.
