Use of Sodium Perborate in Organic Selective Oxidation

Sodium perborate as a safe, cheap , mild, versatile and environmentally friendly oxidant has been widely used in organic synthesis. This paper reviews its application in the selective oxidation of functional groups and the controlled oxidation of the same functional group.
