Progress in the Analytical Methods of Apoptosis

A Review with 82 references is presented on the analytical methods of apoptosis (programmed cell death, PCD). It describes the morphological and biochemical characterization of apoptosis and emphasizes on the analytical methods of apoptosis,including morphological observation , agarosegel electrophoretic analysis, flow cytometry, insitu DNA labelling analysis, anti-ssDNA MA bs and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The trend of analytical methods of apoptosis is also discussed.
