The latest developments of applications of coupled techniques of in analysis of biomacromolecules are reviewed. The cfFABMS，HPDC-cfFABMS, GPC-ICPMS，CE-MS emphasis is on the trends and mass spectrometry situation of HPLC-and CE-TOFMS，which have fast grown based on electrospray ionization(ESI) interface. This review demonstrates the unique position of coupled technique of mass spectrometry in analysis of biomacromolccules.
