    [Objectives/Significance] Development characteristics of biomedical engineering in China and other countries are important scientific intelligence for promoting the Chinese biomedical engineering research. [Method/Process] In this paper the relevant literature published in Web of Science database from 1990 to 2021 are analyzed by biblliometric methods, and the research trend, research contents and research hotspots in the field of biomedical engineering are revealed. [Results/Conclusions] Worldwide, the field of biomedical engineering has maintained a high research enthusiasm and promoted the generation of new technologies through the continuous integration of nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. Compared to other countries, the field of biomedical engineering in China developed slowly in the early stages. With the improvement of scientific research conditions and scientific research levels, China is keeping increasingly active in the biomedical engineering research, and ensures the high-quality development through extensive international cooperation. However, there are still deficiencies in biomedical engineering in China, such as a lack of close association with practical needs of disease diagnosis and the clinical treatment, insufficient development in certain research directions. Relevant instructive policies are still needed to formulated to guide the development of biomedical engineering in China.

    [Objective/Significance] Technical governance plays an important role in facilitating the realization of the modernization vision of governance system and governance capacity. Clarifying and exploring the research progress, hotspots evolution and development direction of domestic technical governance can provide reference for the research of technical governance in China. [Method/Process] Using CiteSpace software, the author co-occurrence network, organization cooperation network, literature co-citation, high frequency keywords, clustering keywords, time zone map, burst detection and so on were introduced for visualization analysis and literature metrology based on literature in CSSCI database Since 2009. [Results/Conclusions] A total of 12 main clusters were generated, which can be distilled into five hot topics, such as the relevant concept and connotation of technology governance, the opportunity and challenge of technical governance, technical governance from the perspective of public administration, rural revitalization enabled by technology and modernization of technical governance and governance capacity. Besides, the research of technical governance in China shows a clear tendency in the discipline of public administration. Furthermore, The coupling and practice of national governance, data justice, emotional governance, public security, social innovation and technology governance are worth further exploration, cross-disciplinary exchanges need to be strengthened.

    [Objectives/Significance] In order to provide valuable references for researchers in the field of metal organic framework materials(MOFs), [Method/Process] this paper using bibliometric and visual analysis tools analyzes the research status, trends and frontiers of MOFs, based on publications in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) database from 2000 to 2021. [Results/Conclusions] The number of papers in this field is increasing every year, and research strength is mainly concentrated in countries such as China and the United States. These papers are widely distributed in more than 1100 journals with the research directions are different in different periods. The research topics in this field focus on adsorption, coordination polymers, nanoparticles, and crystal structure, etc. Current research hotspots mainly focus on sensitive detection, photodynamic therapy, graphene oxide, oxygen evolution reaction, efficient removal, electrochemical sensors, bifunctional electrocatalyst, and microwave absorption, etc., which will continue in the next few years.

    [Objective/Significance] With the development of global satellite navigation and wireless communication technology, positioning service has become an important part of contemporary life, and people's requirements for precise positioning are getting higher and higher, so seamless indoor and outdoor positioning technology came into being., and has become a current research hotspot. This paper will analyze the research status of seamless indoor and outdoor positioning technology from the perspective of patents, and provide a reference for my country's innovative research and development and patent layout in this technology field. [Method/Process] Based on the global patent data obtained from the Wisdom Bud database, this paper analyzes the application trend, regional layout, technical composition and important applicants of seamless indoor and outdoor positioning technology patents. [Results/Conclusions] The overall number of patent applications in the field of global seamless indoor and outdoor positioning shows an increasing trend, among which my country is the main force driving the growth of global patent volume, and has now become the world's largest technology source country. In recent years, my country's universities and wireless communication manufacturers have achieved a lot of scientific research achievements. Through the combined application of satellite navigation systems and 5G technology, my country and the world have launched an innovative revolution of seamless indoor and outdoor integrated space-time positioning services.

    [Objective/Significance] Ludo Waltman is a world-famous scientist in the scientometric area, and also the youngest scholar wins the Derek de Solla Price Medal. The overall understanding of his research performance from his academic portraits is meaningful for cultivating and educating the youngth Chinese scholars in the future. [Method/Process] There are 99 papers(2005-2021) authored by Ludo Waltman on the Web of Science platform and downloaded in plain text format. Based on these publications, using the scientometrics and knowledge map methods, the scientific portrait of Ludo Waltman was drawn. [Results/Conclusions] Ludo Waltman is not only a high productive author but also has a high impact in the past few years. He has a diverse scientific collaboration around the world, and his works also have high global citation impact. His research were mainly in three aspects, including “science research evaluation”, “knowledge map: tools and methods”, and “clustering algorithms for bibliometric networks”. His collaborators, especially Nees Jan van Eck has brought high citation impact to him and played an important role in his research career.

    [Objective/Significance] In order to improve the accuracy of paper type marking and understand the impact of the accuracy of paper type marking on the results of research evaluation, [Method/Process] this paper selects 159 papers published in nine series of review journals from 2017 to 2018 as the research object, compares and analyzes the differences of these papers in document type marking on Web of Science, Scopus and the official website of journals, and measures the differences through three indicators: recall rate, accuracy rate and F1 score, and the journal Annual Review of Analytical Chemistry is selected as a typical case to analyze the influence of the change of the document type marking on CNCI,a document type normalization index. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that there were differences in the accuracy of document type marking between review series journals of different publishers and review journals of different types in different databases. The case study found that CNCI was extremely sensitive to changes in document type mark, and CNCI based indicators, such as JCI, were also more sensitive. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of research evaluation indicators, the accuracy of document type marking is very important, and in order to better realize the normalization of document types, developing and using more robust indicators is the key.

    [Objective/Significance] It is of great significance to construct and improve the technology transfer system of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It can promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, improve the overall service efficiency of the innovation system of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and promote the integration of technology and economy. [Method/Process] On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this research constructs an evaluation index system for the construction status of the technology transfer system in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from the three dimensions of policy environment, capacity building and service output, and comprehensively analyzes the service capacity construction and existing problems of the technology transfer system in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. [Results/Conclusions] The technology transfer service system of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has promoted the transfer and transformation of regional scientific and technological achievements, but there are also problems such as poor synergy with the industry, unbalanced regional development, and marketization and professional service capabilities need to be improved. It is suggested to improve the overall service efficiency of the innovation system of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by enhancing the public service capabilities of the technology transfer service platform in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, improving the professional service level of technology transfer institutions, and increasing the training of technology transfer talents.

    [Objective/Significance] Australia has a similar energy structure and resource endowment with China. In 2019, the Australian government announced the "Climate Change Strategy" and opened a new era of tackling climate change. [Method/Process] Based on a series of low-carbon industry and technology development policies targeting "carbon neutrality" released by the Australian government from 2019 to early 2022, this paper analyzes Australia's low-carbon technology investment priorities and industrial development strategies. [Results/Conclusions] Overall, in the development of low-carbon industries, the Australian action content can be summarized in three aspects, namely investing in the research, development, demonstration and early commercialization of low-carbon technologies; investing in low-carbon technology-related infrastructure; and encouraging consumers and enterprises to choose low-carbon technology products. Combined with the actual situation of China, this paper puts forward the suggestions of building a new power system with new energy as the main body, introducing social funds to invest in the research and development of innovative low-carbon technology, and continuing to improve the emission reduction legislation and carbon emission reduction management system.
