As computer chips are developing smaller and more compact driven by industry, graphene and other two-dimensional materials are considered to be one of the greatest candidates, and enable electronic devices to extend or surpass Moore's law. Compared to other scientific literatures such as journal papers and patents, funded projects are more time-sensitive, prospective, and strategic, and National Science Foundation (NSF) is currently one of the most representative and influential science funding agency in the world. Based on NSF funded project data, this paper studies the development trend of two-dimensional materials research domain by using bibliometrics and text analysis methods. The analysis conclusions include: graphene related funded projects are dominant compared with non-graphene related two-dimensional materials funded projects, the non-graphene related funded projects have increased obviously since 2014; the research priorities of graphene and non-graphene related two-dimensional materials are not identical, and graphene related funded projects focus on low cost, stable and efficient fabrication of electrodes, electron theory study of condensed matter physics and high performance applications in sensors and detection, while non-graphene related funded projects focus on theoretical research of novel information technology, synthesis methods, manufacturing tools and mass production of materials and devices; the two-dimensional material research topics are developing from material preparation and physical properties to device fabrication and industrial application; in addition, NSF funded project in two-dimensional materials field also focuses on cross-domain integration research and next-generation talents education. This paper provides some insights for two-dimensional materials involved basic research and frontier science management.

At present, scientific data management is being highly concerned and closely studied by scientific research institutions all over the world. Comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between international and domestic scientific data policy research is conducive to the development of this field. This paper selects the papers related to scientific data policy as the research object, uses the methods of literature metrology and content analysis to analyze the development characteristics and evolution trend of international and domestic research in this field, and reveals the research hot spots. The results show that both international and domestic scientific data policy research are in the stage of exploration and development, and the amount of research literature fluctuates and increases. The research direction is dominated by information science and library science, and some research belongs to interdisciplinary achievements. International research pays more attention to scientific research data sharing, while domestic research focuses on scientific data policy, data management and the research relationship between scientific research data.

Taking literature measurement and CiteSpace 5.3R4 as research tools, this study makes a visual analysis of 551 CSSCI documents highly related to inclusive finance in CNKI database 2007-2021, and has three findings. First, the overall analysis of the number of literature publications, published journals, high-yielding authors and highly cited literature shows that inclusive financial research has become a normal field, with widespread researchers but concentrated in the financial economics areas. Second, analysis based on time zone view, keyword cluster map and hot words shows that China's inclusive financial research is divided into the introduction and expansion stage, the former completes the concept of inclusive finance and functional cognition, and closely links with rural financial reform, precision poverty alleviation, small micro-enterprise development, emphasizes the inclusive growth of equal opportunities, the latter completes the construction of the index system of measurement of inclusive financial development, and gradually focuses on the impact of financial technology on the development of inclusive finance. Third, inclusive finance is a complex public subject involving multidisciplinary, which requires multi-directional research on different disciplines, theoretical perspectives and research methods, and then to construct a universal financial theory in line with Chinese situation.

As a close combination of science and technology and economic development, enterprises play an increasingly prominent role in the scientific and technological innovation system. Improving enterprises’ technological innovation ability is an important part of building a scientific and technological power. Since the end of the 20th century, information and communication technology has become a strategic development direction by all countries in the world. Herein, to understand the gap and difference of ICT high-tech enterprises between China and America at the microscopic level and improve the competitiveness of ICT high-tech enterprises, based on the patent-scientometric analysis and comparative approach, the development status of Huawei and Qualcomm is compared from four aspects, including R&D investment, patent application amount, merger activity and research strategy. This paper can provide some insights for government decision-makers and enterprise administers into managing high-tech enterprises, establishing development strategies and formulating anti-containment measures.

Bibliometric is applied to explore the overall state and developmental trend of research on international migration management, thus providing theoretical support for the research and practice of international migration management in China and indicating the direction of its advancement. Such specialist bibliometric tools as CiteSpace and bibliometrix R-package are applied to conduct statistical visualization analysis of the international and domestic literature on international migration management as compiled in Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI database based on such indexes as the volume of publication, author, institution, the country of origin, key literature and key words. It is found that there is a big gap between domestic and international research in the field of international migration management. The international research has entered the theory application stage as a whole, while the research in China is still in the transformation stage of theory application. Domestic research should be based on national conditions, draw lessons from international research experience, fully understand the development attributes of international migration management, and all research institutions should work together to explore the future road.

Innovation occupies a core position in the overall situation of China's modernization drive. Scientific and technological self-reliance is the strategic support of China's development. However, intellectual property is the booster and umbrella of scientific and technological innovation. The National Fourteenth Five-Year Plan once again put forward the conclusion of building comprehensive national science centers. As an important strategic force for building an innovative country, the comprehensive national science centers are not only the “heavy weapon of the country”, but also intellectual property highlands and bonanza. Intellectual property is of great significance to technological innovation and national development. Comprehensive national science centers have made outstanding achievements in intellectual property. While continuously making scientific explorations and technological breakthroughs, comprehensive national science centers should give full play to the supporting role of intellectual property in scientific and technological innovation and build comprehensive national intellectual property centers to guarantee the construction of China's innovation.

With the development of open access and text mining techniques, citation content analysis has become an emerging content-based analysis method in recent years. Citation content is rich in information about peer recognition, comparison, use and questioning of papers, and it is better than citation counts for analysing and judging the scientific contribution and actual impact of papers. This paper uses the CiteOpinion citation content evidence-based analysis tool, combined with manual interpretation, to analyze the innovation and academic impact of a paper on "Optimally estimating the sample mean from the sample size, median, mid-range, and/or mid-quartile range" published by Tiejun Tong's team in 2018 based on the citation content. The results concluded that the paper was recognised by scholars in the same field and had a significant impact in medical meta-analysis.
