[Objective/Significance] Scientific and technological service is the key hub of scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading. The coordinated development of scientific and technological service and industry plays an important role in activating innovation, developing creativity and pulling the traction force of industrial upgrading. [Method/Process] Using the methods of literature research and evolution analysis, this paper divides the stages and analyzes the characteristics of the coordinated development of science and technology service and industry in China, and summarizes the construction results and experience enlightenment. [Results/Conclusions] The coordinated development of relevant industries in China has gone through the initial stage, the exploration stage, the reform promotion stage and the innovation growth stage, which has made progress in the organization and management system of science and technology services, institutional norms and the ability to support and lead industrial development. Facing the demand of high-quality economic development in the new era, this paper summarizes the relevant experience of coordinated development: strengthening the top-level design at the strategic level, perfecting the government-led collaborative development mode, exploring the collaborative development path in accordance with China's national conditions, enhancing the demonstration ability of enterprise science and technology service application, creating a new science and technology service ecosystem of collaboration between industry and research.

[Objective/Significance] Safety, Risk, Disaster, and Crisis of the COVID-19 research status are important scientific intelligence for promoting the Chinese COVID-19 SRDC (safety, risk, disaster, and crisis) research. [Method/Process] This article collected 1,133 COVID-19 SRDC papers from the CNKI database as the data sample, and the outputs characters, knowledge distribution, research topics, and high cited publications were analyzed through the scientometric mapping methods. [Results/Conclusions] The results demonstrate that the COVID-19 risk research is the most active sub-domain, while the analysis from the disaster perspective is very few. The papers of COVID-19 SRDC are mainly distributed in medical/hospital and social-related area. With the research development, COVID-19 SRDC research have formed two branches, including the topics in medical/hospital aspect and the social influence aspect. Topics in different categories of SRDC show that the research preference of COVID-19 safety is distributed in biosafety, safety management, and food security; The COVID-19 risk is focused on the risk assessment, risk management, and risk prevention and control; The COVID-19 disaster is mainly in disaster vulnerability analysis, kaiser model, and nursing management; The COVID-19 crisis is focused on the public crisis, crisis management, and psychological crisis. The research topics of the highly cited papers of COVID-19 SRDC involve the occupational exposure of medical staff, and the impact of the pandemic on mental well-being, society and economy.

[Objective/Significance] Information technology, represented by big data, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, is actively promoting the global realization of carbon neutrality. A systematic analysis of the research status of information technology facilitating carbon neutrality can provide references for scholars to carry out further research. [Method/Process] Based on international and domestic papers retrieved from WOS and CNKI, a bibliometric and knowledge mapping study has been conducted from the aspects of publishing trend, institutional cooperation, author cooperation, keyword clustering and so on. [Results/Conclusions] We found that: (1) The annual number of international papers has been increasing steadily, while the annual number of domestic papers fluctuates in relatively large margin; (2) Research institutions from China and the United States dominate the publications of international papers, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences tops the list. Comparing with the cooperations among institutions from all countries, the cooperations among institutions within China is more scattered; (3) The cooperations among authors of the domestic papers is closer than international ones, but the cooperations among the authors of the international papers is more common; (4) The common research topics between the international and domestic papers include: energy-saving and consumption-reducing solutions of different information technologies (especially the Internet of Things and blockchain) in communication, power and other application scenario.

[Objective/Significance] As an important link in implementing the innovation driven strategy and building an innovative country, the construction of regional innovation system is of great significance to carry out innovation construction by clarifying the development status of regional innovation system and exploring the development direction of regional innovation system. [Method/Process] Using CiteSpace software, this paper makes a visual bibliometric analysis of the core documents under the theme of regional innovation system included in CSSCI database during 2000-2020 from the aspects of the number of documents, journals, organization distribution, author distribution and keyword clustering. [Rseults/Conclusions] According to the research content and heat, the domestic research on regional innovation system is divided into three stages: start, growth and maturity. The three stages have continuity and characteristics of the times in the research content and research methods. At the same time, it is found that China’s research on regional innovation system has the characteristics of policy sensitivity, discipline singleness and institutional space aggregation. Therefore, In the future, the research should be based on China’s national conditions, grasp the policy trend, strengthen cooperation between institutions and expand the research field.

[Objective/Significance] By analyzing the current situation and development trend of harmless disposal technology of medical waste, it provides reference for further research and patent layout of relevant enterprises and medical institutions in China. [Method/Process] Based on the Chinese patent data obtained by incoPat and the foreign patent data obtained by Derwent, this paper analyzed the current patent application trend, patent application regional distribution, patent law status in China, patent application competition situation and technology distribution status. [Results/Conclusions] The amounts of patent applicatin in medical waste disposal technology have increased rapidly in recent years, and China has made a great contribution. The patent type of medical waste disposal technology in China is mainly utility model. Environmental protection enterprises and medical institutions in China are the main innovators in medical waste disposal technology. Incineration medical waste disposal technology started the earliest, with the highest proportion of patent applications. In recent years, patent applications for plasma, microwave, steam, disinfection and sterilization have developed rapidly. The combination of multiple disposal technologies can give full play to the technical characteristics flexibly and has broad application prospects.
