Laser-Induced Fluorescence Detection in Ultratrace Analysis

本文对激光诱导荧光检测器(LIF-D)及其主要器件激光器、滤光片、透镜、光电检测器、荧光探针及扫描装置的现状和发展趋势作了综述,介绍了LIF在单分子检测中的应用.
The present status and the trends of development of laser-induced fluorescence detection(LIF-D) are re-viewed. The parts of the LIF-D setup including lasers, filters, objectives, photoelectronic detectors, fluorescence probes and scanning instruments are discussed. Single molecule detection based on LIF-D is also described.
