Advances of LCST-Hydrogels Applied as a Molecular Switch

本文综述了LCST水凝胶的研究进展,详细论述了水凝胶的各种体积相变机理,以及亲疏水基团、介质的离子性、pH值等因素对凝胶性能的影响,分析探讨了这类水凝胶的开关效应在药物控释、物质分离、酶的固定以及电磁感应元件等方面的应用。
The development of the research of LCST-hydrogels is reviewed. The various mechanisms about volume transition and effect of factors such as hydrophobic/hydrophilic structures, ionicity of media, pH and so on, which have influence on the properties of hydrogels are briefly discussed. The applications of the hydrogels as a molecular switch are also described, such as drug delivery, substance separation, immobilization of enzymes, electromagnetism respondent de-vices.
