环肽由于其稳定的结构特性在生物模拟、药物设计、纳米与分子器件、生物传感器以及催化剂等方面起着越来越重要的作用。本文介绍了近年来环肽化合物的合成及其应用的一些进展。
Cyclic peptides are playing more and more important role in biological modeling, pharmaceutical design, nano- and molecular devices, biological sensors and catalysts because of their stable structural characteristics. The design, synthesis and applications of cyclic peptide compounds were discussed in this article.
