Progress in Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis of Tumor Cells and Tissues

本文综述Fourier 变换红外光谱在生物体系中的应用研究进展。重点介绍肿瘤细胞和组织的红外光谱学研究内容、谱学特点及其分析方法研究进展。对应用红外光谱检测肿瘤的前景进行了展望。

A review with 58 references is presented on the Fourier infrared spectroscopy applied to biological cells and tissues. The assignments of the major infrared absorption bands of cells are introduced. The spectro scopic features and the analytical methods of tumor are mainly reviewed. The implications of infrared spectro scopy applied to the diagnosis of cancer are also discussed.
