动植物细胞大规模培养是生物技术最新发展的重要部分,生物药物的生产与它密切相关.本文就动植物细胞大量培养的生化工程问题和前沿课题作了较详细的分析与讨论,如培养条件的实现、生物反应器、固定化技术、墓础生物反应模拟、生物表面和界面、固液传递、振荡流态化、产物的分离、数学模拟和放大设计、自动控制、生产系统的分析与优化等,并为发展动植物细胞培养提出了参考意见。
Large-scale cultivation of animal and plant cells, which is closely related to the production of biological medicine, constitutes a great part of recent development in biological techniques. The biochemical engigeering aspects of cultivation of animal and plant cells ,are discussed in detail,such as culture conditions,bioreactors,immobilization methods,simulation of basic reactions.biological surfaces and interfaccs,liquid-solid transport processes,vibrated fluidization,separation of products,mathematical models and scaling-up design,and automatic control,analyses and optimization of systems and so on. Some proposals are put forward about the development of animal and plant cells.
