Progress and Trends on Carbohydrate Research

本文简要地介绍了过去30年人们对糖这一类重要的生命物质的生物学重要性的重新认识。介绍了有关糖的结构分析，糖的合成研究，特别是寡糖合成策略的研究现状和一些重要进展，并讨论了日前糖化学中所存在的问题及其发展前景。

关键词： 糖类;糖生化;糖结构分析;糖合成

This review is a brief introduction to the recent progress on glycobiology and to the human's re一evaluations of the biological significance of carbohydrates. It has also described the present situations of carbohydrate chemistry，including structural analysis and chemical synthesis of saccharides and given some comments and foresight ahout the hot points of carbohydrate chemistry.
