本文综述了反义寡核普酸作为墓因表达抑制剂的原理和作用机理，作为人类疾病治疗剂的寡核普酸必须具备的性质。介绍了化学修饰的寡核普酸的种类、性质和目前已达到的研究及应用水平。

This review article describes the principles and mechanisms of antisense oligonucleotides (oligos)as inhibitor of gene expression;the critieria that oligo:; must meet as therapeutic agents of human disease;the chemically-modified oligos, their properties and the level which has been achieved in research and application.
