As an important disruptive technology, the concept of quantum computing was first proposed by American physicist Feynman in 1982, and its computational mode of high-speed parallel computing may trigger a new revolution in information technology. Under the new generation of information technology revolution and industrial revolution, quantum computing has become a strategic commanding height for all countries in the world to seize holistic advantages in the fields of economy, military, security and scientific research. In order to grasp the international development trend of quantum computing research, this paper takes the core database of the Web of Science platform of Clarivate Analytics as literature data source, uses the Derwent Data Analyzer of Clarivate Analyticsto perform the data cleaning, data mining and visual analysis of the literature, and uses VOSviewer software to analyze the network of cooperation between major countries and research institutions, as well as the co-clustering of keywords.

Nanoelectronics technology has become an important technology for the development of information technology and national economy in the world. Under the promotion of national policies, nanoelectronics has developed rapidly since the 1990s. What is the gap between China and the world in this field ? In this paper, the development status and trend of nanoelectronics in the world, especially in China, are analyzed by bibliometric method, hoping to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of China's nanoelectronics policy.
