[Objective/Significance] The rapid development of AIGC has ushered in a new paradigm shift in scientific research, while also sparking widespread concerns among scholars regarding research ethics. [Method/Process] By combing through existing discussions on the ethical issues of AIGC in scientific research, the ethical impact brought by AIGC in the application of scientific research is elucidated. [Results/Conclusions] It is necessary to be particularly vigilant about the impact on the integrity, professional ethics, and academic creativity of scientists during the transformation of knowledge production. Attention should also be paid to the issues that may exacerbate inequality. In response, suggestions are made on how to use AIGC in scientific research in a normative manner, how to more effectively identify and manage academic misconduct brought by AIGC, and how to reflect on existing research norms to achieve AI alignment, in order to enhance the effectiveness of scientific research ethics governance in the future.

[Objective/Significance] In the new era of digitization, the role of Internet platforms in economic and social development has become increasingly prominent. While platform enterprises carry out innovation based on algorithms, their inappropriate application of algorithms also triggers a series of controversies, and there is an urgent need to regulate and strengthen algorithm governance. [Method/Process] Starting from the four attributes of fusion innovation theory, this study constructs an agile governance framework for platform algorithms containing governance concepts, governance subjects and governance tools, and carries out international comparisons. [Results/Conclusions] Aiming at the current difficult problems of insufficient coordination between algorithmic security and enterprise innovation of China’s platform enterprises, and the difficulty of achieving synergy and positive response of multiple subjects, it puts forward proposals to further improve the platform algorithmic agility governance mechanism in terms of practicing the governance concept of the effective balance between algorithmic security and enterprise innovation, forming a governance community oriented towards the development of multi-subjects, and use the soft and strong policy instruments for flexible transitions, thus providing reference for promoting the high-quality development of China’s platform economy.

This study aims to clarify the misconception that "writing papers on the land of our motherland" is equivalent to publishing papers domestically, and to promote a correct understanding of its connotations across various sectors. Through questionnaire surveys, literature reviews, and online research, this study categorizes and analyzes the misconceptions. "Writing papers on the land of our motherland" embodies a value orientation for the general scientific and technological workers. Misconceptions arise from the concretization and narrow interpretation of this discourse, as well as the dichotomization between Chinese and international journals and the detachment between Chinese-hosted English journals and international ones.

[Objective/Significance] This paper aims to reveal the current status and potential of the global development of artificial intelligence, to analyze the potential challenges that China may face in the development of artificial intelligence, and to provide references for Chinese government to formulate layout plans in this field. [Method/Process] Based on the perspective of artificial intelligence technology system, adopting WoS papers and DII patents in the field of artificial intelligence basic technology as data basis, using bibliometric methods, the analysis is conducted from six dimensions: overall trend, geographical distribution of total literature, geographical distribution of high impact papers, important institutions, sub domain trends, and application fields. [Results/Conclusions] The research conclusion shows that this field presents a pattern of two superpowers (China and USA) and more powerful in both basic research and technology layout. China shows a strong scale advantage, but China's core basic research in the sub field of Ontology engineering needs to be strengthened. The development of related industries in the sub field of Ontology engineering in China may encounter patent barriers from foreign enterprises.

[Objective/Significance] Once proposed, grassroots governance has rapidly become a reform model of national governance. By exploring four aspects of grassroots governance, namely, the amount of publications, author cooperation, research hotspots, and research frontiers, we aim to form a research review of mapping analysis, with the hope of providing intellectual support for the development of grassroots governance in China in the past 20 years. [Method/Process] CiteSpace software was used as the visualisation basis, and the analysis was carried out by following the steps of ‘data screening - data import - atlas construction - result analysis’. [Results/Conclusions] Firstly, from the perspective of development, the research trend in this field has changed from ‘cold’ to ‘hot’. Secondly, grassroots governance first broke ground in sociological research positions, and then blossomed in single disciplines such as political science, but interdisciplinary research has been closed as a whole. At present, most of the cooperation is confined to internal research, and the author cluster mode and academic community have not yet been established. Thirdly, the practice of grassroots governance consists of research hotspots such as tax reform and precise poverty alleviation, and its specific connotation has been gradually enriched and developed with the deepening of the process of China's grassroots governance construction. Fourthly, in the future, there is an urgent need for grassroots governance to be developed around the leadership of the party building, consultative democracy, sectional system, and vigorously develop research themes such as digital governance, grassroots burden reduction, and mass work.

[Objectives/Significance] Characterizing the academic trends of a research institution is valuable for understanding their scientific research status. [Method/Process] This study uses the Web of Science dataset with scientometric and science mapping techniques to construct CWTS's academic profile. [Results/Conclusions] The findings reveal: (1) CWTS's research output is increasing despite some fluctuations, with a focus on scientometrics and publication in influential journals in the field; (2) CWTS has a high research impact, evidenced by significant citation counts, average citations per paper, and h-index, contributing a suite of influential papers in scientometrics; (3) CWTS has formed widespread collaborations with various countries/regions, with key scholar groups identified over different periods, indicating the academic heritage and development of CWTS. These insights are crucial for understanding CWTS's development and future research evaluation at the institutional level.

[Objective/Significance] Common prosperity is the ultimate goal of socialism, and scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to promote common prosperity. [Method/Process] Based on the entropy method, coupling coordination model and relative development model, the coupling coordination degree of science and technology innovation (human resource innovation, capital innovation, technology innovation) and common prosperity in 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2022, and the relative development degree of the two is studied. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that from 2006 to 2022, the coupling and coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and common prosperity increased year by year: eastern region> central region> western region; the relative development characteristics of scientific and technological innovation and common prosperity experienced five stages: "high resistance-high run-in-low adjustment-low coordination-high coordination". Accordingly, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation and alleviate regional contradictions are put forward.
