[Objective/Significance] Digital therapeutics is a kind of interventions driven by high-quality and evidence-based medical software, which can be used in disease prevention, management or treatment. Digital therapeutics can be used alone or coordinated with drugs and medical devices. In recent years, digital therapeutics have entered a stage of rapid development and become one of the key areas of artificial intelligence in medicine. [Method/Process] Quantitative and qualitative analysis in patent applications and products were carried out to analyse the developmental status of digital therapeutics at home and abroad. The challenges were summarized and the suggestions were put forward to promote the development of digital therapeutics in China. [Results/Conclusions] It shows an overall growth trend in digital therapeutics. The United States and China have obvious leading advantages in this field. The technological focuses lie in digital disease diagnosis, treatments and health management. The industrial devolopment of digital therapeutics in China is still at an early stage, with problems such as vague regulatory policies, lack of interdisciplinary talents, low clinical acceptance, and insufficient protection of personal information. The study suggests to carry out researches in regulatory science, and establish regulatory policies and measures at time, strengthen the training of interdisciplinary talents in medicine and artificial intelligence, promote high-quality cooperation in the application and promotion of products, while protecting personal privacy and data security.

[Objective/Significance] Climate change has become a major global challenge, and more than 130 countries and regions have proposed carbon neutrality targets. The academic literature on carbon neutrality and related topics has been accumulated for many years before countries explicitly put forward carbon neutrality targets. [Method/Process] In this paper, the research themes of SCI papers in the field of carbon neutrality from 2011-2021 were clustered and analyzed by the NMF theme modeling method, and eight theme clusters related to carbon neutral technologies were identified, including multi-energy integrated energy supply, geothermal utilization, biomass conversion, hybrid energy storage systems, hydrogen production and CO2 reduction, electric vehicles, carbon capture, and carbon sequestration. Based on the papers on the above topics, the bibliometrics method is used to analyze the research status and trends in the field of carbon neutrality, including countries and institutions with outstanding performance in each topic direction, the distribution and evolution of research topics, and the identification of hot and emerging research topics. [Results/Conclusions] It is found that integrated energy system, hybrid electric car, solar hydrogen production, lithium battery and energy management are the hot spots of academic research. China, the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany are the countries with the largest accumulation of carbon neutral research. The academic impact and quality of output of central Asian and European institutions are relatively high.

[Objective/Significance] A deep analysis of the hotspots and citation characteristics of the metaverse originate book-Snow Crash, is valuable for a further understanding and research of the metaverse. [Method/Process] Snow Crash’s 408 citing publications were searched and obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection, and the scientometric methods, including the topics and citations analysis, were applied to the literature mining. [Results/Conclusions] The results demonstrate that the book has received a continuous citations from 1993 to 2022, and the citations are mainly located in European countries and USA. The citing papers are mainly distributed in the fields of “computer science” and “literature, culture studies”. Virtual world, second life, and metaverse, etc., are the hotspots of these citing publications. The citation analysis of citing publications and reference co-citation network analysis are identified several classical works, which would have an important values in the future digitalization, metaverse, and virtual worlds research.

[Objectives/Significance] Analyzing the research hotspots and trends of aerospace field will help scientists and decision makers to keep abreast of the research status of aerospace technology, and provide supports for the construction of an aerospace power. [Method/Process] From the perspective of bibliometrics, this paper explores the research status, hotspots and trends in the aerospace field of China during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period based on Chinese literatures from 2016 to 2020 in CNKI database. [Results/Conclusions] Results show that China supports the aerospace field research through the deployment of various fundings and projects. Since 2016, the main hotspots in China's aerospace field have been concentrated in the field of satellite applications, including satellite navigation, satellite communication, and satellite remote sensing. Commercial aerospace and deep space exploration become frontier hotspots with increasing research interests after year 2017. Research institutes play an important role in the basic theory and the development and application of equipment technology. It reveals that China has made certain progress in the aerospace field. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, in order to continue to promote the construction of aerospace power, more joint efforts need to be paid on policies, supporting measures, and technology research and development.
